The staff at International Detective Bureau, Inc. (IDB) is comprised of licensed private investigators. The support team is made up of an active duty police officer, a forensic accountant (CPA), a paralegal, technicians, and clerical staff. All staff members have successfully advanced through a multiple tier interview process, completed a detailed application and questionnaire along with references and have undergone a complete background check. IDB conducts random mandatory drug testing on all staff and management. These tests are conducted by an independent company that collects the specimen on site under the supervision of a third party. IDB is proud to report 100% compliance with this program and 100% negative results for drug use among our staff. This is just one area that shows a sense of pride, commitment and professionalism. All staff participates in monthly mandatory training. IDB has paid experts to conduct advanced training and also in-house management conducts the training. For the IDB staff, physical fitness is an important element of the daily work routine. Mandatory fitness testing is conducted for all our staff. The individual performance is measured using standards similar to the U.S. Military. The sense of teamwork is enhanced during these activities. Our team is ethnically, racially, and culturally diverse. They bring real world experience into the professional field.
